Turn in Applications to:

Mail or turn meal applications into School Office, District Office or Nutrition Services Office. Nutrition Services Office is located behind Stacey Middle School off Royal Oak Dr.

The Westminster School District participates in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program by offering nutritious meals every school day. This year the USDA passed a waiver allowing Districts to provide free meals to all students for the 21-22 school year.  Household meal applications are still needed to help ensure that Westminster School District qualifies for State Educational Funding. Please submit your application as soon as possible.

Only complete one application per family. This information may also be used for other state or federally funded school benefits. 

Factors considered in the application process are household size and total household income. HOUSEHOLD SIZE is considered all persons, related or unrelated: Including parents, children, grandparents who live in your home and share living expenses. The TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME is the income each household member received last month before taxes - this includes wages, social security, pension, unemployment, welfare, child support, alimony, and any other cash income.
